The Seminar Intensive, Intensive Week of Training Program

From 13th to 17th November, Marie-Noël Tournoux, Project Director of WHITRAP Shanghai, participated in the Semaine Intensive, Intensive Week of a training program for 4th-year students, organized by the International University of Rabat, School of Architecture, Rabat Morocco. This intensive course included three workshops, respectively focusing on heritage documentation and surveys, interior design, and urban planning. Marie-Noël Tournoux, in partnership with Prof. Ouafa, conducted a workshop on urban heritage inventories involving a little under 40 students. The course focused on the Rabat World Heritage site. Students were requested to develop a survey fact sheet to identify the features and tangible attributes that carry the Outstanding Universal value of the World Heritage site. The workshop was an opportunity to further discuss the development of a formal partnership between the UIR School of Architecture WHITRAP and CAUP Tongji University.
