Following the World Heritage Strategy for Capacity Building, the World Heritage Committee encouraged each region to conduct relevant research to response to the specific requirements and conservation status. In line with the WHC-12/36.COM/10A, WHITRAP took the leading role in developing a Regional Capacity-Building Strategy and its Associated Programmes.
