The Belt and Road and BRICS Cultural Heritage Protection Training Program and 2023 University Consortium on the Maritime Silk Road (UCMSR) Summer School Training Program were held and followed up on the pilot activity on developing a conservation methodology Fujian Tulou in Hekeng cluster, Qujiang village, Nanjing county, in partnership with the Italian National Research Council of Italy (CNR) and University Roma III. From 24th July to 4th August Marie-Noël Tournoux, Project Director of WHITRAP Shanghai participated in the 2023 Summer School program organized by Xiamen University and Nanjing County People’s Government. She participated in the 24th July Opening ceremony and gave a lecture on heritage and urban conservation during the study tour as well as a lecture to the Nanjing county local authority representatives on the occasion of the closing ceremony. |
