WHITRAP Shanghai will recruit 1 Research Assistant from April 17th, 2023 to at least July 31st, 2023. The deadline for the application is 23:59 (Beijing time), April 8th, 2023. Candidates will need to be interviewed via video call. Position 1 Research Assistant (Internship) Research Topics Climate Change Cultural Heritage Preservation UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Mixed Nature and Culture) in China Policy research Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Cultural Heritage, Museology, World Heritage Management, Data analysis, Monitoring, Digital Heritage, Architecture, Culture or Arts, etc; 2. Good command of English, especially in written English; 3. Good at information collection and analysis, and have academic research experience; 4. Published research papers are preferred; 5. At least three days a week, full-time interns are preferred; 6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Application Documents for Interns 1. CV in both Chinese and English; 2. An intern proposal in both Chinese and English. Explain the expectation, interested project, and the available time for an internship, etc. No more than 500 words; Internship Subsidy 100 Yuan/day is provided as a subsidy. Accommodation and meals will not be provided. Responsibility 1. Preliminary basic academic research; 2. Write analysis reports on your research topic; 3. Translation. How to apply?
