2008 World Heritage Conservation Forum to Be Held in Hangzhou |

2008 World Heritage Conservation Forum is scheduled to be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province (China) in the early June this year. The Forum will be hosted by State Administration of Cultural Heritage (China) and Hangzhou People's Municipal Government, co-organized by ICOMOS (China), Cultural Heritage Bureau of Zhejiang Province, and sponsored by Hangzhou Landscapes Cultural-Relics Bureau. The Forum will last 2 to 3 days and will focus on World Heritage and Quality of Life. Participants include State Administration of Cultural Heritage (China), ICOMOS (China), Cultural Relics Administrative Department of each province in China, government officials from some world heritage sites in China, and professors from related colleges and universities.
