On September 21st 2020, WHITRAP Shanghai and Gobeyond cooperated to organize a two-week online research course with the topic on The protection of historical and cultural neighborhoods under the impact of online-celebrity culture. Participants are requested to select case studies from their hometowns, which allowed them to focus on the cultural conservation and the challenge. A total of 13 participants joined this course and came up with several survey reports. Professor Tan Jinhua, Urban Planner Lixinxin and two other lecturers contributed to this program. |
