WHITR-AP Shanghai is pleased to announce the extension of the deadline to 3 June 2025 of the submission of papers for the 1st International Conference of the International Network for Urban-rural Heritage Conservation in Higher Education Institutions (UHC-HEI)(Click here for details) entitled “Reshaping Heritage Conservation in Higher Education: What, How, for Whom?”(Click here for details) organized from 25-26 October 2025, in Shanghai, China by Tongji University as host, the College of Architecture and Urban Planning (CAUP), Tongji University, the World Heritage Institute of Training and Research for the Asia and the Pacific Region (WHITR-AP Shanghai) under the auspices of UNESCO, the Built Heritage Journal, the Heritage Architecture Journal. After the success of the call for papers for the Conference, with over 300 abstracts received and more than 170 abstracts accepted, the organizers look forward to receiving the full submissions by the extended timeline. We hope this extension will allow authors who’s abstracts have been accepted to complete their work with the highest quality standards. The organizers thank in advance all participants for their cooperation. Reminder: Papers (6 000 words max.) should be submitted in English following the instruction and template provided in the acceptance notice and emailed to conf_uhchei@whitr-ap.org.
