If you need to make changes to your personal information or participant details, please log in to the online registration system and update your information before the registration deadline (14 September 2025).

 In person  Presenters  CNY 1800 or USD 250 (per attendee)
 In person  Student presenters  CNY 1000 or USD 150 (per attendee)

Important Payment Notes
1. Include the payment reference exactly as: [Family Name][Birth YearMonth in YYYYMM format] (e.g. Zhang196003)/ 中方参会人员请备注“中文姓名 会议注册费”
2. Bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant.
3. Payment confirmation may take 3–5 business days.
4. Your registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
5. All refund requests must be made via email to conf_uhchei@whitr-ap.org.
6. All cancellations received before 14 September 2025 (23:59 CST) will be subject to a USD 75/ CNY 500 cancellation fee, except for cancellations due to VISA refusals. If cancellation is due to VISA refusal, a full refund (minus wire transfer fees) will be provided.  

7. Refunds for cancellations received after 14 September 2025 (23:59 CST) will only be made in exceptional circumstances (e.g. documented medical emergencies or force majeure events).
