| Contents: The Second International Forum on Protection and Restoration of Traditional Architecture will be held in Suzhou from Dec.4th to 6th, 2008. The forum is jointly organized by World Heritage Training and Research Institute for the Asia and the Pacific Region under the Auspices of UNESCO (WHITR-AP), and Suzhou Gardens Administration Bureau. With the theme of Conservation and Restoration of Traditional Architecture, four focal topics will be discussed in the event: I) Traditional Architecture Restoration Techniques; II) Intangible Heritage in Traditional Architecture; III) Ecological Environment of Traditional Architecture; IV) Training and Education in Traditional Architecture.
