| Nepal Cultural Heritage Delegation Visited WHITR-AP (Shanghai) |

Dec. 4th, 2008, led by Mr. Kosh, Nepal cultural heritage delegation visited WHITR-AP (Shanghai). The delegation includes members from Nepal’s national committee of UNESCO, World Heritage---- Lumbini (birth place of Buddha) and Eastern Cultural Heritage Preservation Union. Dr. KONG Ping and Dr. LI Xin from WHITR-AP (Shanghai), Prof. HAN Feng from Tongji Univ, Mr. Gamini, expert from ICCROM and Rabi Ratna (participant of MPCH from Nepal) attended the meeting. Firstly, Dr. LI Xin introduced WHITR-AP and Nepal delegation introduced preservation of Lumbini and plans. Then, they exchanged ideas on future collaboration and common problems in cultural heritage preservation.
