| The 5th 4C5M Studio Conference successfully held in Greece |

The “5th 4C5M Studio Conference: Urban Space and Social Life-Theory and Practice” was held at 16th to 18th June, 2014, in Athens, Greece. The conference was organized by 4C5M Studio together with WHITRAP and supported by Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning and Design Institute and Department of Sociology- the American College of Greece. Professor Gregory A. Katsaa, from the American College of Greece, Professor Thomas J. Campanella from Cornell University and Professor Qisheng Pan from Texas Southern University delivered keynote speeches and reviewed the papers and design works submitted by the participants as the jurors at the conference. The meeting has promoted the exploration, understanding and solutions fo some of the issues faced by people in urban development. |
