On Sep, 2007, Mr. SHANG Yong (Vice Minister of The Ministry of Science and Technology of China), Mr. ZHAO Yongli (Division Director of South –South Cooperation Division from China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges ) and Ms. LIANG Dan, Director of Industrial Promotion and Technology Branch from United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) paid a visit to WHITR-AP (Shanghai).
