关于我们

联合国教科文组织亚太地区世界遗产培训与研究中心(WHITR-AP)是联合国教科文组织的二类国际机构(Category 2 Centre),是第一个在发展中国家建立的遗产保护领域的专业机构。它服务于亚太地区《世界遗产公约》缔约国及其他联合国教科文组织成员国,致力于亚太地区世界遗产的保护与发展。

办公地点/同济大学文远楼

联合国教科文组织亚太地区世界遗产培训与研究中心由北京、上海、苏州三个分中心构成。上海分中心(同济大学承办)主要负责文化遗产保护相关项目,包括城镇、村落保护与可持续发展、建筑/建筑群/建筑遗址保护以及文化景观保护等;北京分中心(北京大学承办)主要负责自然遗产保护、考古发掘与遗址管理以及文化景观管理;苏州分中心(苏州市政府承办)主要负责传统建筑技术和修复、保护材料分析以及历史园林的修复与维护。

办公场所及环境

中心轮值秘书处现设于上海,主要负责根据中心理事会确定的计划和指示,协调和指导中心工作。

招募信息

实习时间:
2025年7月7日(周一)至2026年2月6日(周五)
* 须保证至少3个月实习期,且每周工作天数不少于3个工作日。

实习地点:

中国上海 · 同济大学文远楼

岗位要求(需满足以下至少一项):

1. 本科大三以上及研究生在读(实习项目不招收毕业生),对文化遗产或创意产业具有浓厚兴趣,有国际学习或工作经验者优先;
2. 具备设计能力者优先(熟练使用Photoshop、InDesign等设计排版软件);
3. 有基本行政事务处理能力,熟练运用office办公软件,有良好的语言及文案能力;
4. 有公众号排版设计及运营经验;
5. 有活动策划与执行经验;
6. 英语能力优秀,具备一定英文写作、翻译能力;
7. 具备以上多项能力的综合人才优先;
8. 可全职(即每周工作五个工作日)者优先,可实习4个月以上者优先。

工作内容:
1. 协助中心研究、培训、国际会议、遗产教育与公众推广等相关项目工作;
2. 协助中心各类活动的策划与筹办;
3. 协助中心日常行政事务处理;
4. 协助英文翻译任务;
5. 协助中心微信公众号、网站编辑发布等。

录取后,实习部门和工作安排会由实习督导老师与实习生具体沟通落实。

第二步:点击网页左上角“英文”,进入英文页面,点击蓝色导航栏最右边“Internship”,在线填写提交英文申请表。

注意:中国学生,中文和英文都需提交!国际学生,只需提交英文。

面试通知:
7月1日周二17:00前通过邮件通知面试安排。未接到邮件面试通知的同学,则表示未入选。

About Us

The World Heritage Institute of Training and Research for the Asia and the Pacific Region (WHITRAP) is a Category ll Centre under the auspices of UNESCO. It was established in 2008 and it is the first international organization in the field of world heritage to be established in a developing country. Mandated by the State Parties of the World Heritage Convention and other State Parties of UNESCO, the institute aims to promote the conservation and development of World Heritage in the Asia and Pacific Region.

 

WHITRAP is composed of three sub-centers: Beijing, Shanghai, and Suzhou. WHITRAP Shanghai (hosted by Tongji University) is primarily responsible for cultural heritage protection projects, including the protection and sustainable development of towns and villages, the protection of buildings, building complexes, and architectural ruins, as well as the protection of cultural landscapes. WHITRAP Beijing (hosted by Peking University) mainly focuses on the protection of natural heritage, archaeological excavation and site management, and the management of cultural landscapes. WHITRAP Suzhou (hosted by the Suzhou Municipal Government) is primarily responsible for traditional architectural techniques and restoration, the analysis of conservation materials, and the restoration and maintenance of historical gardens.

The Secretary is currently located in Shanghai and is primarily responsible for coordinating and guiding the work of the center according to the plans and directives determined by the Central Council.

Internship Period and Location


Internship Period:
July 7, 2025 (Monday) to February 6, 2026 (Friday)
Note: A minimum internship period of 3 months is required, with no fewer than 3 working days per week.

Internship Location:
Wenyuan Building, Tongji University, Shanghai, China

Requirements
(At least one of the following requirements must be met)
i. Currently enrolled as a junior or senior undergraduate student, or a postgraduate student (recent graduates are not eligible); strong interest in cultural heritage or creative industries; preference will be given to candidates with international study or work experience.
ii. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
iii. Basic administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent writing and communication abilities.
iv. Experience in WeChat official account layout design and operation.
v. Experience in event planning and execution.
vi. Excellent English skills with proficiency in academic writing and translation.
vii. Comprehensive candidates with multiple skills from the above criteria are preferred.
viii.Candidates available for full-time work (5 days per week) and those able to intern for 4 months or longer will be given priority.

Internship Work Environment


Main Duties

i. Assist in research, training, international conference, heritage education, and public promotion programs;
ii. Assist in planning and organizing various activities;
iii. Assist in handling daily administrative affairs;
IV. Assist in English translation tasks;
V. Assist in editing and publishing on the WeChat public account and website;

After admission, the specific department for internship and the work arrangement will be communicated and implemented by the internship supervisor and the intern.

Note: Chinese students must submit both Chinese and English applications! International students need only submit the English application.

 

Interview Notification:
Candidates will be notified of interview arrangements via email by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1. If no email is received, the application is considered unsuccessful.
